Booking & cancellation policy

All confirmed bookings are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Changes to a confirmed booking (including transfer of the primary occupant) are permitted at the organiser's discretion and may attract a change fee.

Co-occupant names and government photo ID must be submitted no later than 30 days before check-in. After that date the booking is locked and details can only be changed by the organiser, subject to a fee.

Room rates are per room per night and are subject to GST at 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST).

Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy. Valid original photo ID is required at check-in for every occupant.

We collect occupant names, contact details and government photo ID solely to register your stay with Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, as the hotel requires by law.

ID numbers are stored encrypted and ID scans are held in private storage that is never publicly accessible. Only authorised R2M and hotel-coordination staff can view them, and every view is logged.

ID documents are deleted 90 days after check-out. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, write to the organisers.
